Return Policy

NVEY ECO will accept returns/exchanges within 15-days of purchase date on unused product only. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, no shipping charges will be refunded. All returns/exchanges require an authorization number; please contact Customer Service via email at info@econveybeauty.com for a Return/Exchange Authorization Number prior to sending product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Samples are not eligible for return or exchange.
